I'm working with a highly regarded boutique firm to find a capable Commercial Litigation Lawyer ready to step into a hands on, autonomous role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys running their own matters while still having the support and mentorship of a senior, experienced team. The Role You’ll work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving the ATO, general commercial and contractual disputes, and advisory work. The role also offers exposure to banking and finance matters, including drafting loan and lending documents and acting for lenders and debt funds. From day one, you’ll be trusted to manage files, brief counsel, appear in court, and build strong client relationships. About You You will have around 2-3 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally gained within the Australian market. You’re confident running your own matters, understand court processes, and can manage clients without heavy supervision. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a personable approach will see you thrive in this team. The Team & Culture This firm genuinely stands out for its culture.
